### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Dr. Pierre Decavel is a doctor specializing in __neurology and physical and rehabilitation medicine__. He has recognized expertise in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, acquired through a clinical, academic and managerial career in France and Switzerland.
He has held a number of medical management positions, including Head of the Rehabilitation Department at the Hôpital fribourgeois (HFR), where he contributed to the development of interdisciplinary care focused on quality of care and optimization of patient pathways.
In 2024, he was appointed Chief Medical Officer of the Clinique romande de réadaptation in Sion, a national reference center for rehabilitation, with responsibility for all medical, therapeutic and outpatient activities.
From January 2026, Dr. Decavel will join the team at La Santé in Champagne, where he will put his clinical and scientific expertise at the service of specialized, modern and personalized care.
His particular interests lie in neurological rehabilitation, organizational innovation, and the integration of research and teaching into daily clinical practice.
