She discovered the effectiveness of hypnosis in the hospital environment by following several patients in the delivery room, who had been prepared with the help of hypnosis. This experience inspired her to train in Ericksonian hypnosis. 🌿 __Ericksonian hypnosis__ A brief therapy, Ericksonian hypnosis is characterized by a respectful approach in which each person is an actor in his or her own well-being.
