Therapy principle

Instability causes pain and blockages. Therefore, the therapy sequence is as follows:

1. Mobilisation: A joint that is blocked cannot move. Even the strongest muscle can be damaged when trying – often the cause of muscle injuries.
2. Therapies that trigger healing: Bioregenerative injections (PRP, prolotherapy, extracorporeal shockwave therapy ESWT, physical therapies)
3. Training: physiotherapy-guided eccentric muscle training and coordination-stabilisation training
