Our general practice is located in the Mattenbach district of Winterthur, near the borders of the Guttschik, Geiselweid, and Seen neighborhoods.

Getting here:

• By public transport from the city: Take Bus No. 2 toward Seen to either Waldegg or Endliker stop; the practice is roughly halfway between these stops.
• By car: Two reserved parking spaces are available directly in front of the practice. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability. Alternatively, use nearby parking spaces or the blue zone on Endlikerstrasse.

History of the Mattenbach general practice:

The practice was founded in the 1960s by Dr. med. Graf, later run by Drs. med. Hildegard and Hans-Rudolf Meier, from whom we took over in September 2010. The practice was renovated and modernized in 2011.

Other information:

Our patients are very important to us. Many have been coming to us for many years, some for decades. Our team is dedicated to making your visit as pleasant as possible.

• For colds, fever, or unexplained rashes: Please wear a face mask and inform our reception staff immediately. You will then be directed to a free treatment room.
• Prescriptions: Please book a consultation or send an email with the exact medication details (name, dosage, package size, and current dosage).
• Waiting times: While we aim to minimize wait times, please allow sufficient time for your appointment.
• Changes in consultation needs: If your consultation or treatment needs change, inform us at the start of your appointment. We can adjust accordingly or schedule an additional appointment if necessary.
• Amenities: Fresh water, information materials, and magazines are available in the waiting area. Traubenzucker, diabetes logs, blood pressure logs, and patient cards for diabetes or blood-thinning medication are available at reception. Please bring your blood glucose meter and blood pressure logs to your consultation.
