I welcome you on the 5th floor at 40 avenue du Lignon, in a space dedicated to well-being, the release of physical tension, and psycho-emotional support.

I offer two complementary approaches:

Holistic Oil Massage

A deep, nurturing treatment inspired by Ayurveda, ideal for those seeking relaxation, comfort, or deep tissue revitalization. Depending on your needs, I may integrate the use of moxibustion and cupping.

Zenthai Shiatsu

From the teachings of Gwyn Williams, Zenthai Shiatsu is a therapeutic practice blending shiatsu, Thai massage, osteopathic techniques, and traditional Chinese medicine.

It is especially suited for musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, anxiety, burnout, or personal transitions.

This approach works deeply on physical, energetic, and emotional levels.

(Clothed session on a futon. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.)

90 minutes recommended for first-time sessions.
