Neurozentrum Luzern 

The Neurozentrum Luzern Schwanenplatz is an interdisciplinary competence center for neurology, neuropsychology and sleep medicine. Neurology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles. Neuropsychology examines cognitive functions such as memory, attention and language, while sleep medicine specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders and sleep-related illnesses. Thanks to the close cooperation between these specialist areas, the center offers comprehensive care for patients with neurological and sleep-related complaints.

The range of services includes the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, stroke, polyneuropathies, headaches and migraines. In addition, complaints such as movement disorders, balance and coordination disorders, dizziness, sensory disorders, muscle weakness, back and neck pain, memory disorders as well as speech, language and swallowing disorders are comprehensively assessed and treated.

Another focus is on sleep medicine. In the sleep consultation, sleep disorders and sleep problems such as difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, non-restorative sleep or other sleep-related complaints are diagnosed and treated individually. In addition, neuropsychological examinations can be carried out to assess memory and concentration disorders.

Thanks to close cooperation with other centers of the Bellevue Medical Group, the Neurocenter Lucerne Schwanenplatz covers the entire spectrum of neurology and sleep medicine.
