At our consulting center, we offer structured support based on scientifically validated approaches. We are convinced that seeking psychological help is the right thing to do as soon as you feel you are having difficulty coping with a situation using your own resources.

Our aim is therefore to build these tools together, and to teach you how to apply them with increasing autonomy. We welcome you in a professional environment to enable you to progress at your own pace.

Our space is open to all ways of existing. Our intention is to welcome each person in who they are today and who they are becoming, offering a safe space to reflect on your experiences as an actor in your mental health.
