## __ABOUT ME__
Due to my own medical history, I spent months searching for therapists who could help me with my persistent pain and movement restrictions. Physiotherapy alone did not bring lasting improvement. By chance, I came across a practice where I received truly effective help, and I realised how powerful targeted manual therapies can be. Within a short time, I was pain-free, my arm was mobile again – and I was deeply impressed.
From this experience, the desire to become a therapist myself grew. What these people could do, I wanted to learn as well – not just for myself, but to give others the same help and relief. This wish quickly turned into a concrete goal and led to thorough training. Switching to this profession was not just a new job for me, but the discovery of my true calling.
In my work, I combine solid expertise with a deeply intuitive and empathetic approach. I take my time, listen closely – and often sense during the first conversation which path the treatment should take. Every person is different, every body speaks its own language. My aim is to identify the causes of complaints and develop tailored solutions. I believe that only through genuine empathy, careful observation, and ongoing education can one truly treat effectively.
What excites me most about my profession is its variety. No day is the same, no person is like another. Even with long-term patients, every session is new because the body, sensations, and needs are constantly changing. I love adapting to these changes, finding the right treatment plan, and making progress together. I particularly enjoy working with manual techniques such as lymphatic drainage and specific methods for headache treatment – especially because you can often feel relaxation happening in real time. When someone can suddenly breathe deeply and calmly again, I know I’m on the right track. I also regularly and gladly use classic massage techniques.
My therapeutic approach is simple: everything I know and can do, I share – without holding back, with my full attention. In the end, it’s not about how much time I’ve spent or which technique I’ve used, but about the smile on the patient’s face when they leave the session feeling relieved and more mobile.
