For me, health is more than just the absence of symptoms—it means balance, clarity, and vitality.

As a naturopath (CH) and alternative practitioner (DE), I support people with a holistic approach that combines the principles of Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN) with modern, evidence-based therapy.

The focus of my work is on classical massage therapy (Origin Method), micronutrient therapy, and holistic support during specific life phases. Each treatment is tailored individually—tailored to the client’s personal life situation, physical needs, and emotional state.

Through my clinical experience at the University Hospital of Zurich (USZ) and the Schlössli Private Clinic in Oetwil a.S., I combine naturopathic perspectives with medical expertise.

My goal is to create a space where mindfulness, professional expertise, and trust form the foundation for lasting health.
