I design personalized holistic programs integrating complementary therapeutic approaches (Nutrition, Micronutrition, Phytotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Monodietes, Therapeutic Fasting).

These programs are based on physiological coherence and clinical experience acquired and co-created through close mentoring with expert practitioners. My approach aims to remove obstacles to healing - accumulated toxins, compromised intestinal integrity, inflammatory processes and energetic blockages - in order to restore the body's innate capacity for circulation and vitality.

Accompaniments: ADHD, stress, immunity disorders, digestive disorders, skin disorders (acne, eczema, psoriasis), persistent fatigue, depression... the list is non-exhaustive.
