Ms Hélène Birgy 

Hélène Birgy, a federally certified naturopath, is fully dedicated to holistic women's health at the Hygié & Panacée practice, located within the Petite Prairie Health Center. Her approach is rooted in Traditional European Natural Medicine, modernizing ancient practices to fit today’s lifestyle.

As a naturopath, Hélène aims to balance body, mind, and spirit, empowering each patient to take charge of their health. She believes in the complementarity of naturopathy with other medical practices, including allopathic medicine, and regularly collaborates with professionals like gynecologists, pediatricians, and midwives.

Philosophy and session structure:

The process begins with a comprehensive health assessment of about 1h30, including observations (eyes, tongue, hands, face) and a detailed questionnaire. From this first consultation, a personalized program is developed, including lifestyle recommendations and tailored treatments. A follow-up is scheduled a month later, either in person or via video call.

Hélène's treatments include a variety of techniques:

• Hypotoxic diet tailored to 70% of the daily regimen.
• Herbs, hydrotherapy, and reflexology (including cupping, leeches, and kinesiology).
• Trace elements, herbal teas, seaweeds, superfoods, and poultices (clay, honey, virgin wool, etc.).
• Specific techniques: lymphatic drainage (Vodder method), Dervish massage, and care for muscle and tendon injuries.
