• Nutrition and micronutrition: nutritional program, practical and personalized advice
• Phytotherapy, aromatherapy, spagyrics: treatments using plants and other masterful preparations
• Therapeutic reflexology: foot, facial, palmar, reflexology drainage, which is a practice of stimulating reflex zones aimed at promoting the body's natural self-healing mechanisms, also supporting a person's overall well-being
• Therapeutic cupping: promoting blood and lymphatic circulation, muscle relaxation, and the elimination of toxins
• Breuss massage: relaxing the back and the nervous system

Practice objectives naturopathy:

Its goal is to address the root causes of acute and chronic health problems, to promote a better quality of life through a healthy lifestyle, a natural diet, proper stress management, and the search for the best strategy to relieve a person's physical, emotional, or metabolic pain. Naturopathy can also support a preventative approach.

Therapist:

graduated in Traditional European Medicine (TEN) with a complementary certificate in therapeutic reflexology (B1).

Fees:

• Naturopathy: initial consultation (1.5 hours): CHF 150.- including a complete medical history and photos
• Naturopathy: follow-up consultation (1 hour): CHF 130.-
• Therapeutic reflexology, Breuss massage (1 hour): CHF 130.-

Note: Approved by RME, ASCA, and EGK, my services are reimbursed by most supplemental insurance companies. However, reimbursement terms vary depending on the insurance contract you have signed. Please verify reimbursement details with your insurance company directly before the consultation.

Payment and cancellation policy:

• Payment in cash or by Twint at the end of the treatment
• Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid possible billing for the consultation
