Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that draws on the body’s natural ability to self-regulate. Using the tools of Traditional European Medicine (TEM), I help you identify and rebalance potential imbalances in your internal systems – digestive, skin-related, nervous, hormonal, and more.

Each consultation is personalised and based on an in-depth health assessment, the targeted use of medicinal plants, micronutrient support, functional testing, and hands-on therapies such as cupping, back and neck massage, or reflexology.

Common reasons for consulting me:

• Digestive issues: bloating, reflux, SIBO, irritable bowel syndrome
• Women’s health: PCOS, hormonal acne, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause
• Immune system support: eczema, allergies, chronic inflammation
• Emotional wellbeing: Chronic fatigue, stress, sleep disturbances, migraines, anxiety, irritability, mental exhaustion
• Metabolic support: weight management, blood sugar, thyroid balance

• Pediatric consultation (1h) - CHF 140
• Follow-up (1h) – CHF 140
• Manual therapy (50min) – CHF 120
• Remote consultation (1h, follow-up only) – CHF 140

Payment methods: Twint or cash – You will receive a reimbursement receipt for your insurance.

Qualifications

• Certified in Traditional European Medicine (TEM) – OrTra MA
• Trained in foot reflexology, Breuss massage, and cupping therapy
• Accredited by ASCA, RME, and Visana
