Bach Flowers are floral remedies developed by Dr. Edward Bach to harmonize emotions. They gently act on emotional states such as stress, fear, or sadness. Each flower targets a specific emotion to help restore inner balance. Used as a complement, they promote emotional and psychological well-being.

Aromatherapy is a natural method that uses essential oils extracted from plants to improve physical and mental health. It can be used through diffusion, massage, or orally under specific conditions. Its benefits include relaxation, immune support, and relief from various ailments.
