I'm Eléonore Müller, naturopath in Geneva (Eaux Vives). My services are ASCA / RME recognized (reimbursement may be possible via your complementary insurance depending on contract and insurer, e.g. Visana).

I am trained in Traditional European Medicine (Federal Certificate OrTrA MA in MTE), in Reflexology, in Naturopathy for children, as well as in Hypnosis and HypnoNatal.

I work with women, pregnant women, young mothers, parents and children (from infants to teenagers), as well as adults, to help them achieve lasting well-being.

My coaching philosophy (holistic approach)

My approach is global, personalized and progressive: understanding the root causes (terrain, lifestyle, digestion, stress, sleep, hormones, immunity), supporting overall balance and recovery, then proposing simple, natural and realistic solutions to integrate into daily life.

I can help you in particular with : digestive disorders (bloating, constipation, reflux, IBS...), fatigue/lack of vitality, sleep disorders (falling asleep, waking up, non-restorative sleep), stress, burn-out, anxiety, ruminations, mental load, difficult-to-manage emotions, pain (migraines, joint pain, inflammatory pain - complementary approach), cycle & hormones (PMS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, premenopause, menopause and other hormonal imbalances), skin depending on the situation (eczema, blemishes, inflammatory terrain).

Family, perinatal & child care

I also work with families, in a gentle, age-appropriate way, with a possible focus on : parents (exhaustion, mental load, sleep, stress, emotions), pregnancy & perinatal perinatal (better living through this period, soothing certain discomforts, emotional support, childbirth preparation), post-partum (recovery, fatigue, hormonal balance, baby blues, breastfeeding support), infant (reflux/GERD, colic, crying, sleep, dietary diversification), child (immunity, ENT disorders, digestion, eczema, emotional regulation), teenager (school stress, concentration, acne, sleep, fatigue, weight regulation). Naturopediatrics: support for children's health (including ADHD and chronic disorders, depending on the situation).

Hypnosis & HypnoNatal

Hypnosis can be used as a complement to overall treatment to gently work on: stress, anxiety, sleep, pain, behaviors/habits, confidence, emotional regulation (depending on objective).

I also offer specific follow-up with HypnoNatal, a gentle hypnosis method specially designed to accompany pregnancy and birth. Created by Lise Bartoli (clinical psychologist), this approach combines positive visualizations, breathing, hypnotic suggestions and relaxation to help expectant mothers experience pregnancy more serenely and approach childbirth with greater confidence and peace of mind.

How consultations work

Each consultation begins by listening carefully to your situation, and then working together to develop a personalized plan. Depending on your objectives, a follow-up may be recommended to gradually adjust the levers (diet, micronutrition, rhythm of life, stress management, complementary techniques).

Cancellation / postponement

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be billed.
