First Consultation: Naturopathic Health Assessment

The first step in the process is a naturopathic health assessment, which evaluates the individual as a whole. This assessment includes a detailed questionnaire, which may be supplemented with an iris analysis. Based on this assessment, a personalized wellness plan with therapeutic recommendations will be provided.

Follow-Up and Lifestyle Improvement

Follow-up sessions in naturopathy address specific aspects of lifestyle. Together, we’ll set concrete goals over a one-month period to sustainably improve your quality of life.

Detoxification and Elimination

Detoxification removes external toxins, like heavy metals, while elimination aids in removing internal toxins. I use techniques such as cupping, nutrition therapy, and herbal remedies for this purpose.

Hydrotherapy and the Benefits of Water

Hydrotherapy, leveraging the benefits of water, helps strengthen both body and mind. I offer personalized support, including cold baths and guided immersion in Lake Geneva, to support immune and emotional health.

Therapeutic Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a recognized tool for managing stress and pain. I guide you to reach a relaxation state conducive to healing, providing therapeutic support to enhance your mental well-being.

Cupping Therapy and Breuss Massage

Cupping therapy stimulates self-healing by improving lymphatic circulation and eliminating toxins. The gentle and soothing Breuss massage works on the spine, offering anti-inflammatory benefits and promoting overall well-being.

Payments are accepted in cash, via TWINT, or by credit card.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the consultation.
