Alexia, a practitioner of naturopathy, nutrition, reflexology and lymphatic drainage using the Vodder method, supports patients with a holistic, personalized approach focused on balancing the body and lifestyle.

Naturopathy is a natural health discipline designed to support the body's self-regulating capacities through advice on lifestyle, diet and stress management. In this context, Alexia offers naturopathic and nutritional support to promote more comfortable digestion, improve sleep quality, support daily energy and contribute to a better overall balance.

The first session lasts 1h30, followed by 1h follow-up sessions.

Vodder lymphatic drainage is a gentle manual technique that stimulates lymph circulation. It is indicated in particular to relieve the sensation of heavy legs, reduce water retention, support the immune system, promote sports recovery and accompany post-operative convalescence periods. Sessions last 1 hour.

Reflexology is based on the stimulation of reflex zones to regulate bodily functions, relieve tension and support the body's overall harmony. Each session lasts 1 hour.
