• Breuss Massage: a regenerating technique that releases spinal tension and promotes deep relaxation. Duration: 1h (including brief case history), CHF 100.-
• Reiki Usui: energy harmonization and inner centering. Duration: 1h (including brief case history), CHF 80.-
• Trauma Buster Technique (TBT): release of emotional memories linked to traumatic experiences. CHF 100.- / hour. Appointments by phone, WhatsApp or email only.

An added dimension to my approach

During my consultations, I pay particular attention to possible orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMD). Through case history and observation, I explore breathing, tongue posture, and other functional indicators that may influence overall balance. This complementary perspective enriches the understanding of your health profile and, if necessary, helps orient towards adapted approaches.

Prevention and understanding of tick-borne diseases (TBD)

Tick bites can sometimes go unnoticed, yet leave traces in the body. Thanks to my in-depth studies in this field, I bring a complementary perspective to my consultations by:

• linking certain symptoms to a possible past bite,
• raising awareness about the importance of prevention,
• sharing practical information on how to better protect oneself and manage bites.

My goal is not to treat tick-borne diseases, but to provide keys for understanding and prevention, so that everyone can make more informed choices for their health.
