My goal is to identify the imbalances underlying health issues in order to offer sustainable solutions, drawing on nutrition (macro and micro), herbal medicine, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplements.
As a specialist in functional medicine, I work with each individual to optimize their well-being, prevent imbalances, and support physiological functions. I place particular importance on providing information, as everyone plays an active role in their own health.
