As a naturopath in practice since 2009 and a trainer since 2013, I support adults, children (including toddlers), and teenagers using a natural, personalized approach that respects each person’s individual pace.

My approach is based on two main pillars: nutrition and herbal medicine (plants in various forms), as well as advice tailored to your situation, your needs, and your daily life.

Over the years, I’ve developed a more focused way of listening and asking questions (medical history) to—much like in an investigation—understand what lies behind your symptoms and help you on your journey toward better health.

I specialize in helping you with:

• digestive issues: bloating, digestive discomfort, bowel movements, abdominal pain;
• fatigue, lack of energy, difficulty recovering, and sleep disorders;
• stress, mood swings, and difficulties with attention, concentration, or memory, as well as headaches;
• women’s health issues: discomfort related to the menstrual cycle, premenstrual syndrome, and the various stages of hormonal changes;
• urinary issues;
• circulatory issues;
• Skin conditions: acne, eczema, and other skin discomforts;
• as well as other imbalances that may affect your daily well-being.

Understanding What Your Body Is Telling You

My training as a federally certified naturopath (DF ) includes more than 600 hours dedicated to anatomy and physiology.

I do not make medical diagnoses, and naturopathy is not a substitute for medical care. My knowledge of how the body works, however, allows me to better understand what you’re experiencing and to make connections between the various symptoms you’re observing.

You may have noticed that you no longer tolerate certain foods or alcohol as well as you used to. You feel more tired, you’re not sleeping as well, your skin looks duller, you’re more prone to stomachaches or headaches, or you’ve noticed that your concentration isn’t quite what it used to be.

Taken individually, these small signs may seem insignificant. But they are part of your daily life and how you function. It’s by taking the time to listen to them and put them into perspective that we can better understand your situation as a whole.
