Who I am

As a medical assistant for over 20 years, I've always had great ease of contact with patients and a strong sense of empathy. By listening attentively, I'm able to create a bond with my interlocutor.

After the birth of my 3 children, I took a closer interest, first in the additives present in food, then in the problems linked to industrial food: food intolerances, auto-immune diseases, digestive disorders, etc.

My coaching does not replace medical treatment; it is done in agreement with the client. I believe that a holistic approach can support medical treatment, while respecting the client's values and in collaboration with their doctor.

Course of treatment

Consultations can take place face-to-face or by videoconference. Please feel free to contact me by phone or what's app to arrange an appointment at your convenience.

The first consultation lasts about 1h30. It allows us to get to know each other. This is the time to establish clear objectives adapted to your situation and your needs.

Follow-up consultations last around 1 hour. They enable us to assess progress, adjust recommendations and continue working together to achieve your goals at your own pace.

Rates

My services are ASCA-recognized, so please check with your complementary insurance company to find out if they cover your costs.

1st consultation: CHF 150

Consultations are payable in cash on the day of the appointment.

Subsequent consultations CHF 100.00

You will receive an email with the reimbursement receipt that you can send to your insurance company.

1 missed appointment, it can happen. The next appointment will be billed in full. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
