Whether you want to improve your diet, deal with a health problem or adopt a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to guide you along the way. __Who I am__ As a medical assistant for over 20 years, I've always had great ease of contact with patients and a strong sense of empathy. By listening attentively, I'm able to create a bond with my interlocutor. After the birth of my 3 children, I took a closer interest, first in the additives present in food, then in the problems linked to industrial food: food intolerances, auto-immune diseases, digestive disorders, etc. __What I offer__ Food rebalancing Digestive disorders and discomforts Nutritional follow-up for athletes Well-being fasting support Sleep disorders - stress - anxiety Hormonal problems Support for auto-immune diseases by assisting the healing process My coaching does not replace medical treatment; it is done in agreement with the client.
