She sees anyone wishing to make lasting changes to their diet for reasons of illness, unhappiness or lifestyle change (e.g. special diets such as vegetarianism, veganism, locavorism, pregnant or breast-feeding women).

Nutritional advice can be particularly useful for people with diabetes, cancer, eating disorders (eg. anorexia, bulimia), gastroenterological diseases (eg. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, heartburn and reflux, constipation, diarrhea, bloating), gout, skin diseases (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, acne), cardiovascular disease, food intolerances (e.g. allergies, coeliac disease, gluten sensitivity, lactose sensitivity), rheumatism, overweight and obesity, depression.

Sessions take place in the practice or in the adjoining garden. It is possible to integrate gardening or tasting sessions in the garden, to reinforce the nutritional therapy and anchor the changes in the long term.

Her practice is based on the “One Health” approach, which recognizes that the health of humans, animals and the environment are closely linked and interdependent. Through her coaching, she helps her patients listen to their bodies, decipher their signals and adopt a diet that fully nourishes them. This process can be facilitated by spending time in the garden, in contact with plants and the earth.
