A nutrition consultation provides an opportunity to review your habits, highlight what can be easily adjusted for significant and lasting results, without disrupting your lifestyle or pleasures.

A body composition assessment with an Accuniq device is included in the consultation, allowing measurement of muscle mass, fat mass, water retention, and detection of possible muscular imbalances.

As a certified MCO Nutritionist (ASCA and RME recognized), consultations with Charlotte Niklaus may be reimbursed, but only through complementary health insurance. It is recommended to check with your provider.

The fee for a first consultation is CHF 170, and CHF 130 for follow-up sessions.
