Weight loss is the first reason people come to see me.

But behind the weight, there's always a body adapting, a history, an imbalance that deserves to be understood.

I support women and men who want to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, with or without medication (Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda).

My role is to help you use these tools safely, avoiding deficiencies, muscle loss, exhaustion and weight regain, while laying a solid foundation for the future.

There are no strict diets or standard protocols here.

We work on your body's overall functioning: digestion, hormones, metabolism, stress, sleep and lifestyle habits.

You're not a passive patient.

You become an active participant in your own health, accompanied and guided at every stage.

- Access by staircase leading down the white house
