## Sustainable weight loss and understanding the factors that contribute to weight gain

__You probably don’t need yet another diet. You need to understand what’s happening in your body and in your daily life.__
I am a nutrition therapist and registered dietitian certified by ASCA and RME, specializing in weight loss and holistic support.
Weight gain isn’t just a matter of diet or willpower. It can be influenced by your weight history, stress, sleep, mental load, emotions, eating behaviors, lifestyle, digestion, hormones, inflammation, metabolism, or even a decrease in muscle mass.
My job is to work with you to identify the various factors that may have contributed to your weight gain, understand what is currently holding you back, and then determine the concrete steps best suited to your situation.
I do not offer strict diets, standardized methods, or quick fixes. I’m here to support you in:
- understand how your body works and your weight history;
- identify the main obstacles to your progress;
- rediscover a diet suited to your body and your daily life;
- address stress, sleep, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food;
- gradually improve your body composition, energy levels, and well-being;
- build lasting habits and regain your independence.
## In-Depth, Personalized Support
The initial consultation allows for a comprehensive analysis of your situation: diet, symptoms, lifestyle habits, sleep, stress, digestion, medical history, weight history, and goals. It is supplemented, when indicated, by a body composition assessment.
You’ll leave with clear priorities, personalized recommendations, and a realistic plan that fits into your daily life.
The support also includes a follow-up session during the month to answer your questions about the recommendations, monitor your progress, and make any necessary adjustments.
I deliberately choose to work with a limited number of clients so that I can devote the necessary time, attention, and quality of care to each one.
__Initial consultation and one-month support: 250 CHF__
## This support may be right for you if
- you’ve already tried several diets without lasting results;
- you’re making an effort, but your weight isn’t dropping as you’d hoped;
- you alternate between feeling in control, frustration, compulsive eating, and discouragement;
- your weight gain is accompanied by fatigue, stress, or digestive or hormonal issues;
- you want to understand how your body works rather than rely on yet another temporary solution;
- you’re looking for a holistic, personalized approach that respects your body.
I also support people living with a chronic illness, an autoimmune disease, or lipedema, as a complement to their medical care.
My support is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis or treatment. When the situation requires it, I can recommend additional tests or collaboration with your doctor.
## Billing and Reimbursement
An invoice in accordance with Rate 590 will be provided to you after the consultation.
Depending on your policy, some of the services may be covered by your supplemental insurance. Please check the reimbursement terms with your insurer in advance.
Payment is made on-site via TWINT or in cash.
## Directions to the Office
__By public transportation:__ From the Fribourg train station, take bus No. 1 or No. 8 toward Marly, then walk a few minutes.
__By car:__ A parking space is available in front of the white house, across from the stairwell.
## Access to the office is via the staircase that leads down alongside the white house.
