That’s my vision. My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to optimize your well-being while improving your physical and mental fitness and overall health.

I welcome you to my practice in the heart of Lausanne to develop a personalized plan. During the initial consultation, we’ll review your medical history, assess your eating habits, and discuss any potential health issues. We’ll also assess your needs. Based on this information, we’ll work together to define your goals and develop a nutrition plan tailored to your personal health and nutritional needs.

During the second consultation, we’ll review the first two weeks of your program. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, identify any challenges, and make adjustments to help you progress without frustration.

Throughout your nutritional program, you’ll receive a personalized weekly meal plan.

Note: Any appointment not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. If two appointments are canceled consecutively, the second cancellation will be partially billed.

The initial consultation is billed at CHF 180 for 90 minutes

The follow-up consultation two weeks later is billed at CHF 150 for 60 minutes. Thereafter, monthly follow-ups are billed at CHF 180

Invoices are to be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the time of the consultations.
