__Temporary Closure of the Practice – Maternity Leave__
Due to my pregnancy, the practice is currently closed.
I am a nutrition counselor, naturopath, and massage therapist in Lausanne. I welcome you to my practice, located just a stone’s throw from the train station, as well as via video conference for nutrition and naturopathy consultations.
My services are designed for people who wish to improve their diet, lifestyle, digestion, vitality, or stress management, using a gradual, personalized approach tailored to their own pace.
I specialize particularly in supporting fertility, preconception, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. I support women and couples during these key periods, particularly when planning a pregnancy, undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART)/IVF, during pregnancy, or after childbirth.
__Nutrition__
I help you establish a balanced, realistic diet tailored to your needs. My support may address dietary rebalancing, fatigue, digestion, vitality, pregnancy, breastfeeding, the postpartum period, or preparation for pregnancy.
When it comes to fertility, preconception, and pregnancy, we focus in particular on specific nutritional needs, balanced meals, eating habits, digestive comfort, managing cravings or nausea, as well as possible adjustments based on your situation.
__Naturopathy__
Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to your well-being. It considers your lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, digestion, energy, and daily habits.
The goal is to provide you with practical, personalized advice to support your overall well-being, in addition to medical care when necessary.
__Massages__
My massage therapy sessions help you release physical tension, relieve stress, and enjoy a moment of relaxation. Each massage is tailored to your current needs.
