I help women who are exhausted by chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout regain their energy through nutrition—not through restriction. Do you wake up feeling tired, experience one energy slump after another, yet your test results come back “normal”? Your fatigue often has a specific nutritional cause: unstable blood sugar that drains your energy throughout the day, subtle deficiencies (magnesium, iron, vitamins B and D, omega-3), or a nervous system that’s constantly running at full speed and consuming more than it’s receiving. __Areas of Support__ - Chronic fatigue and nervous exhaustion (lack of energy, burnout and post-burnout, non-restorative sleep, post-viral fatigue) - Micronutrition and functional interpretation of blood test results (subclinical deficiencies in vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids) - Fatigue that hinders change: difficulty meeting weight goals or following medical recommendations due to lack of energy - Digestive comfort and the gut-brain axis (bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances) - Women’s hormonal health (premenstrual syndrome, PCOS, perimenopause) __My Approach__ With a master’s degree in biology and a diploma from the Geneva School of Holistic Nutrition, I draw on physiology and scientific research, while taking your personal history, preferences, and daily life as my starting point. I don’t prescribe diets or lists of forbidden foods: I focus on what to add. And I explain the mechanisms behind them so you can understand your body and interpret your own signals. __Consultation Process__ - __Initial Consultation (90 minutes)__: Before the session, you’ll complete a 7-day food diary and a detailed health questionnaire. I’ll review these beforehand so we can get straight to the point: identifying what’s sapping your energy and working with you to develop the first concrete steps. - __Follow-up sessions (60 minutes)__: We assess what’s changed, delve deeper, and make adjustments—at your own pace. - __A written report is provided after each session__, including explanatory sheets on key mechanisms to help you apply what you’ve learned in your daily life. I also offer two programs on my website: the __Clarity Program__ (3 sessions over 2 months, CHF 390) and the __Serenity Program__ (6 sessions over 5 months, CHF 750), with WhatsApp support between sessions. The 7-day food diary is a key step in the initial consultation.
