I primarily work with women who want to understand their health, regain their energy, and take concrete steps to improve their well-being—whether they’re dealing with symptoms, recovering from an illness, or simply looking to take care of their health in the long term.
My approach is holistic: __nutrition, micronutrition, functional biology, metabolism, hormones, digestion, sleep, movement, emotions, and the nervous system.__
In particular, I use biological and functional tests to better understand the body’s condition and identify what truly deserves our attention.
__I focus particularly on:__
- prevention & longevity
- fatigue, energy, metabolism
- digestion & microbiome
- hormonal health & the female cycle
- sleep, stress, and the nervous system
- Health Optimization
- Post-Cancer Support and Prevention for Those at Familial or Genetic Risk
__My Approach__
I don’t try to give you twenty things to do in a single session.
First, we figure out what’s going on. We sort through it all. We pick a few priorities. We experiment. We observe. We adjust.
The idea is to develop a strategy that works __in your real life__ and to gradually give you the tools you need to take more control of your health.
__Initial consultation — 50 min · 160 CHF__
__Follow-up — 30 min · 90 CHF__
Follow-up appointments are usually more frequent at the beginning, then gradually spaced out according to your needs.
