Passionate about cooking since I was a child, I studied at a hotel management school in the south of France for 6 years, specializing in cooking, dietetics and hotel management. I then wanted to practice my profession abroad, and after several applications, Switzerland was my destination.

Sport being part of my 2nd passion, in 1994 my professional retraining to become a Personal Trainer enabled me to understand that physical activity combined with a healthy, balanced diet were the secrets to good physical and mental shape.

Then, like some professions, I attach importance to specializing in a particular field rather than remaining a generalist; so I decided to train again in 2008 to become a nutritionist.

Then, in 2020, determined to enrich my knowledge once again, I took another course in nutri-pathologies at the TCMA school in Geneva to qualify and enable me to broaden the reasons for your consultations, as well as being ASCA and RME accredited:

• Complete bio-nutritional assessment
• Impedancemetry assessment (body analysis)
• Food rebalancing, detox
• Specific nutrition (weight loss, athletes, pregnant women, anti-aging, over 45s (menopause), vegetarians, allergy sufferers, smoking cessation...)
• Various pathologies (IBS, HPI, Crohn's disease, autoimmune disease, diabetes...)
• Micronutrition in 2023 (Training with Dr Gérald Langel, Dr Riche and Dr Aline Corcelle)

My greatest wish remains to pass on my skills to you, while meeting your objectives ever more effectively and setting new challenges together.
