My interest in alternative medicine developed during my final years working in hospitals. I felt the need to embrace a more holistic approach to medicine—one that respects each person as a whole, with all their unique qualities, and that honors the laws of nature. I then decided to undertake a comprehensive four-year training program in Ayurveda at SAMA (Swiss Ayurvedic Medical Academy) in Vevey. My diploma, earned in 2014, complements my extensive experience as a nurse and the skills I developed over the years. I also hold - A Master’s degree in Sophrology - A certificate in manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder method), - A certificate in classical massage and therapeutic massage - A certificate in foot reflexology - A diploma in Ayurvedic herbal medicine I am continuing my studies in Ayurvedic Medicine and medical massage to earn federal certifications. ​ My areas of specialization are: ​ \- Chronic pain and migraines \- Mental health issues and burnout \- Menopause \- Functional digestive disorders I have personally experienced the power of alternative medicine, particularly massage and nutrition.
