If you have a doctor’s prescription, you should instead look for a physical therapist who performs lymphatic drainage. __• Therapeutic massage__ __• Prenatal massage__ __• Reflexology__ ASCA and RME certified (my services are covered by most supplemental insurance plans) Before your first appointment, please check with your supplemental insurance provider. Sessions are payable in cash, by debit card, or via Twint at the end of the session. __You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to one business day before the appointment date. I have worked in several hospitals, where I gained several years of experience, particularly in orthopedics and surgery. In Switzerland, I worked as a nurse, primarily in the private international school system (children ages 8–18) as well as in home health care in Vevey. After more than 15 years in the medical field, during which I’ve encountered a wide range of life situations, I’ve become increasingly convinced that massage plays a key role in maintaining a healthy and balanced life. So in 2018, I decided to train as a massage therapist. As a self-employed professional, I launched [Riviera-massage.ch](https://riviera-massage.ch/) and gained experience at a sports and therapy center. In 2021, I expanded my training to include lymphatic drainage, and in the spring of 2022, I completed a course in reflexology. These various massage techniques are offered to help reduce tension and improve recovery after physical exertion or surgery.
