- Everyone has the capacity to find within themselves physical, mental and spiritual resources, sometimes unsuspected.

A qualified therapist, I practice in downtown Lausanne, at the Cabinet de groupe du Grand St-Jean, close to public transport and the Riponne and Flon parking lots.

My treatments are aimed at everyone: children, pregnant women, young people before exams, adults looking for some breathing space, seniors.

However, I specialize in helping people with very demanding professional and personal lives, who may be subject to overwork or even long-term stress.

I am ASCA and RME accredited, and reimbursed by most complementary insurance companies.

However, if you are a customer of Swica, Visana or AXA, my treatments will not be reimbursed by these insurances until September 2026, when I obtain my Certificat fédéral de branche.

I offer manual techniques such as lymphatic drainage and reflexology.

They treat functional disorders such as

Reflexology, an ancient therapy, helps regulate the autonomic nervous system

• Reduces chronic stress and anxiety,by acting on the parasympathetic nervous system
• Relaxation of the diaphragm and improved digestion

Lymphatic drainage promotes post-operative recovery and lymphatic circulation in general

• Improved circulation, particularly in the lower limbs
• Reduces edema and inflammation
• Absorption of excess fluids and organic waste products
• Support for people suffering from lipoedema (in addition to medical follow-up)
• Support for pregnant women and postpartum recovery.

Fees: CHF 120 per 60-minute session. First session 75 minutes: 130 CHF.

Children's reflexology, 25-minute session, CHF 50.
