Espace Seli (www.espace-seli.ch) is a women’s wellness center dedicated to therapeutic treatments and care, designed to offer personalized support in a caring environment.

Originally from Geneva, ASCA & RME-certified, and recognized by a number of supplemental insurance providers, I have been practicing since 2015 as a therapist specializing in manual lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, and oil massage.

Eager to continually enrich my practice, I regularly pursue continuing education to deepen my knowledge and incorporate different approaches into my care.

I take the time to talk with each client/patient to understand her goals and what brought her to me, so I can offer a tailored, personalized approach.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (DVTM Method)

A gentle manual circulatory massage that simultaneously stimulates venous return and the lymphatic system.

This technique restores fluid circulation throughout the body, reduces tissue congestion, restores suppleness and elasticity, and promotes afeeling oflightness.

Oil Body Massage (Classic/Therapeutic)

Depending on your needs, the massage can be performed in a targeted, more intense manner, focusing specifically on areas of tension, or as a full-body treatment with a gentler approach to promote relaxation and overall well-being.

Facial Massage

This treatment gives you a real glow!

Foot Reflexology

A manual technique based on stimulating reflex zones on the feet that are connected to the body’s various organs and systems. It promotesthe body’s overall balance, provides deep relaxation, and can help alleviate various ailments as a complement to medical care.
