As a hospital midwife, I have undergone various training courses to provide you with a holistic approach dedicated to women, at every stage of life's major changes. • Lymphatic drainage using the Vodder method

• The "relax and co" massage

A relaxing, enveloping massage, ideal for releasing tension, soothing the body and calming the mind. A true moment for yourself, to refocus and recharge.

• Cupping

An ancestral technique that helps release tension, improve blood circulation and promote lasting muscle relaxation, while supporting the circulation of energy flows.

• Aromatherapy

Essential oils are carefully selected according to your current needs. They support the balance of body and mind and complement the benefits of manual treatments, for a holistic and personalized approach.
