As a hospital midwife, I have undergone various training courses in order to provide you with a holistic approach dedicated to women, at each stage of the major changes in a woman's life. My intention is to offer you a space of gentleness, support and reconnection with yourself, through a range of complementary treatments:

A gentle, rhythmic treatment that stimulates lymph circulation, helps reduce edema, supports toxin elimination and strengthens the immune system.
- __The NatalLa® method__
A heart massage designed to accompany the cycles and transformations of feminine life. This deep, caring touch supports women through the major stages of femininity: prenatal, post-partum, perinatal bereavement and other life passages.
- __The Bien-Naître massage__
Inspired by the AromaTouch™ treatment developed by doTERRA, this gentle aromatic massage combines the power of 100% pure essential oils with precise gestures on the back, neck, shoulders and feet, for deep relaxation and overall rebalancing.
- __Relax & CO" massage__
A relaxing, enveloping massage, ideal for releasing tension, soothing the body and calming the mind. A true moment for yourself, to refocus and recharge.
- __Cupping__
An ancestral technique that helps release tension, improve blood circulation and promote lasting muscle relaxation, while supporting the circulation of energy flows.
