Ms Leila Planas 

Leila Planas is a registered nurse since 2006. She has supported children and families for many years, both in Switzerland and abroad, in hospitals, schools, and prevention programs.

Today, she offers a more gentle and holistic approach to care, focusing on both body and mind. She mainly works with two techniques:

• Manual lymphatic drainage: a light massage that helps reduce swelling, supports the immune system, and improves circulation.
• Kinesiology: a method that helps identify and release physical or emotional blockages to restore balance in the body.

Leila is also a certified breastfeeding consultant (IBCLC) and offers personalized support for new mothers. She remains committed to prevention and family health, especially for children and adolescents.
