Driven by the desire to offer comprehensive and coherent support, I welcome each person with a truly personalized approach drawing on both tried-and-tested traditional practices and current knowledge in natural health.

Each session is tailored to the specific needs of each individual, combining :

• Phytotherapy: to support overall health through the properties of medicinal plants. They can help with a wide range of problems, including digestive, hormonal, immune, hepatic, nervous and joint disorders.

• Bach Flower Remedies: to support emotions, promote inner balance, character stability and good mood in everyday life. They also act on weight balance, trauma, sleep quality, stress: preparation for exams, childbirth...

• Classic massage: to release tension, relax muscles, improve joint amplitude, induce better blood circulation and oxygenation. all while providing real physical relaxation, in the spirit of taking care of yourself and offering yourself a time of rejuvenation.

• Manual lymphatic drainage: to combat heavy legs and edema. Stimulate fluid circulation, support the elimination of toxins, restore dynamism, strengthen the immune system (white blood cells in the lymph) and provide a lasting sensation of lightness.

My practice is constantly evolving, thanks to assiduous ongoing training, in order to offer quality services based on up-to-date knowledge.
