Barbara Montant ASCA-certified massage therapist (Geneva) - 15 years' experience, my work focuses on well-being and muscle relaxation.

I'm qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder method - an international reference recognized for its precision and gentleness.

Beyond its classic indications - edema, post-operative recovery, heavy legs, immune system - I'm particularly interested in its effects on the autonomic nervous system, chronic pain and brain health.

The latest research shows that gentle cervical MLD influences the glymphatic system - the brain's cleansing system - opening up promising prospects for supporting people affected by neurodegenerative diseases.
