IK Kinesiologist® One morning, I woke up and asked myself: “Is this all there is?” At that point, I was going through a breakup and many changes in my life. I began asking myself questions like: “Am I happy, satisfied, and fulfilled? Do I love myself as I am?” It became clear to me: I wanted more out of life. And that was the beginning of the most beautiful journey of my life – the journey back to myself. As I explored myself more deeply, I learned a lot and made great progress, yet I kept falling back into old patterns and limiting beliefs. I felt the need for support and guidance on my path – and that’s how I found kinesiology. It was the beginning of my most beautiful love story – the love for myself and for kinesiology. Through kinesiology, I learned to take responsibility for my thoughts, feelings, and decisions. I discovered my inner drivers and began to focus on abundance, solutions, and possibilities. Kinesiology supported me on my life path, lifted me up, and helped me see who I truly am and what my real needs are. This experience, this knowledge, and this joy – I wanted to share them. I decided to begin training as a kinesiologist. I knew I wanted to support people therapeutically in their personal processes. And so, my love story with kinesiology continues.
