Through muscle testing and gentle techniques such as acupressure, breathing exercises, or specific movements, this approach helps identify and correct energetic imbalances. It is suitable for everyone, from infants to the elderly, and supports better physical, emotional, and mental balance.

During the sessions, Anaïs Bonny guides patients in understanding and releasing their blockages. The corrections applied aim to improve overall health, stress management, sleep quality, concentration, as well as relational and professional well-being.
