Ms Alejandra Rincon Carrillo

Alejandra Rincon Carrillo holds the OrTra TC Certificate in Kinesiology and also practices as a flower therapist. She supports children, adolescents, and adults through various challenges and life stages, offering personalized support aimed at fostering balance and strengthening each individual’s emotional, physical, and psycho-emotional resources.

Since 2015, she has placed active listening, presence, and respect for each person’s individual pace at the heart of her practice. Her career path has allowed her to encounter people from multiple perspectives and to witness profound transformations. This experience informs a person-centered approach aimed at helping individuals tap into their untapped resources.

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy method based on a holistic approach to the individual. Its goal is to support self-regulation processes and strengthen individual resources in order to promote balance and well-being on the physical, emotional, mental, and social levels. It can provide support during periods of stress, life changes, or emotional difficulties, or as part of any journey toward greater harmony and well-being.

Flower therapy uses flower essences, which gently influence emotional states and overall well-being. This method promotes self-awareness, facilitates letting go, and provides support throughout the process of transformation. At the end of the session, the client receives a personalized prescription consisting of a blend of flowers tailored to their current needs. This blend accompanies them in their daily life and supports the integration of the therapeutic process.

Sessions are offered in kinesiology, flower therapy, or through an integrative approach combining both methods, depending on the client’s needs and preferences.
