Since 2015, she has placed active listening, presence, and respect for each person’s individual pace at the heart of her practice. Her journey has allowed her to encounter people from multiple perspectives and to witness profound transformations. This experience informs a person-centered approach aimed at helping individuals tap into their untapped resources.
Kinesiology is a holistic approach based on body movement. It encourages movement on the physical, emotional, mental, biochemical, and energetic levels of the individual and is suitable for everyone. It aims to identify imbalances—particularly through muscle testing—and to restore balance using various techniques. Its goal is to support self-regulation processes through increased awareness, thereby promoting balance and well-being across all these levels. It is applied in many areas, such as during periods of stress, life changes, physical pain, emotional difficulties, or even childhood-related emotional wounds. It also supports any effort aimed at rediscovering the potential for fulfillment that already resides within each person.
Flower therapy uses flower essences, which gently influence emotional and psychological states. This method promotes self-awareness, facilitates letting go, and provides support during the process of transformation. It is suitable for everyone, with children showing a particularly high level of receptivity. At the end of the session, the client receives a personalized prescription consisting of a blend of flowers tailored to their current needs, to support the integration of these insights in daily life.____
__Sessions:__
Sessions are offered in kinesiology, flower therapy, or through an integrative approach combining both methods, depending on the client’s needs and preferences. The fee and duration remain the same regardless of the method chosen.
Session duration: between 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes
Rates: Adults CHF 150; Children/Students: CHF 130
