### Presentation of the healthcare professional
The LJZ practice welcomes you by appointment and invites you to inquire with your supplemental insurance company about coverage and/or reimbursement for the therapy.
Payment is made directly after the session either by Twint, in cash, or by bank transfer within 10 days.
If you cannot attend, you are requested to cancel at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be billed for the session.
Bus 41 to the Fillion stop (1 minute walk), Bus 45 to the Vert stop (3 minutes walk), or Bus 21, Trams 12 and/or 18 to Rondeau Carouge (6 minutes walk).
Parking is available at the Pinchat cycle and tennis court, as well as near the Tambourines school.
Parking is available in the practice courtyard upon request.
When you arrive at the gate, please ring the LJZ practice intercom. The office is located on the left side of the house, at the bottom of the ramp, where you will find the entrance on your right.
Accessible for strollers and people with reduced mobility.
Please turn off your cell phone, disinfect your hands, remove your shoes at the entrance, and wait in the waiting room for me to see you.
If you experience flu-like symptoms, please let me know as soon as possible and take care of yourself by staying home.
