Kinesiology is a __complementary approach__ that uses __muscle testing__, among other methods, as a tool for communicating with the body. The idea is to explore, through what the body indicates, what may be related to a *challenge*, stress, or *situation* we are going through. Because we don’t experience things solely with our minds. Our __bodies__ can also be affected by our *experiences*, *emotions*, and *life events*. Muscle testing then serves as a guiding thread: it allows us __to explore__ certain insights and __direct__ the session toward what seems most relevant to the person at that moment. Kinesiology does not provide a medical diagnosis and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. It is part of an approach __focused on well-being, active listening, and self-awareness__. Every session is *different*, because every person is different. The goal is not to find a ready-made answer, but to explore *what is happening within oneself*, to make *connections*, and to allow each person to rediscover their __own inner resources__, at their own pace. ## My Approach What I love about kinesiology is precisely this intersection of __the human experience, active listening, and the body__. I like to take the time to talk, to understand where you are, what you’re going through, and where you want to go. Then, through muscle testing, we can explore what’s going on in a different way—sometimes beyond what we can put into words. Above all, I’m curious about what the body has to convey. I don’t claim to have all the answers, nor do I seek to have them. Every person, every story, and every session leads me to discover something new. __My role is to provide a space where you can be welcomed just as you are, without judgment, so you can take the time to listen to what’s happening inside you, gain your own insights, and reconnect with your inner resources.__ For me, kinesiology is another way of listening. ## Who is it for? Kinesiology can be considered at __various points in life__: when a situation is weighing on us, when we’re going through a period of change, when facing stress or a challenge, but also simply when we feel the need to take some time for ourselves and receive support. You don’t need to have a specific issue to come in. Sometimes, you just know that something isn’t right, without being able to put it into words. ## Reimbursement I am an __RME-certified__ kinesiologist __.__ __Depending on your supplemental insurance plan and policy, sessions may be covered.
