🧘‍♀️ What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a complementary, gentle and holistic body-psychotherapy.

Its main tool is muscle testing. It enables us to question the body in order to guide us towards the information and balances it needs to re-access its personal resources andself-healing power that may have been disrupted during stress/shock etc.

I've always been deeply fascinated by human behavior and well-being. I am committed to creating a space where listening is done with gentleness and kindness, a refuge where everyone can feel fully welcomed.

My aim is to help you reconnect with your inner resources and rediscover your power of self-regulation.

Today, kinesiology is the path I've chosen to accompany this inner exploration, a soothing place where everyone can listen to themselves, feel confident and reconnect with themselves. A space for listening, presence and respect, where each person can come as he or she is.

Whether it's physical pain, stress, anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, a need to perform, etc., this coaching adapts to your experience, at your pace, and at each stage of your journey.

It's for everyone, at any age, and invites you to understand what your body has to tell you, to make sense of what you're experiencing, to reconnect with your deepest resources, and to rediscover a path of balance and self-presence.

Reimbursement

I'm currently in the process of registering with the RME, so I'm not yet reimbursed by insurance companies.

Payment

Payments are made in cash or by TWINT.
