🧘‍♀️ What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy designed to promote overall balance of body and mind.

It is based on the use of muscle testing, a gentle tool for identifying stresses, tensions or blockages recorded by the body over time.

This approach takes the view that the body retains a memory of past experiences, whether physical, emotional or energetic, and can indicate what it needs to restore harmony.

During a session, the muscle test is used as a guide to highlight imbalances, understand their origins and determine the most appropriate corrections (stress release techniques, balancing, stimulation of specific points, awareness...).

The aim is not to diagnose, but toaccompany the person in a process of rebalancing, well-being and understanding of their own resources.

Whether it's a question of physical pain, stress, anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, a need for performance, etc., this method adapts to your experience, at your pace, and at each stage of your journey. It's for everyone, whatever their age, and invites them to understand what their body has to say to them, to make sense of what they're experiencing, to reconnect with their resources, to rediscover a path of balance and self-presence.

I've always been fascinated by well-being and understanding human behavior. This curiosity naturally guided me towards kinesiology, an approach that enables me to combine my passion for coaching with my sensitivity for listening to and respecting each individual.

I'm a caring, attentive person, committed to creating a space where everyone can feel welcomed as they are, in confidence and without judgment. My approach is guided by the conviction that each person has his or her own resources, and that my role is to help them rediscover and mobilize them at their own pace.

In my practice, I help everyone to listen to their body, understand their feelings and find a lasting balance, whether it's to better manage stress, ease tension, strengthen one's self-presence, etc. Each session is a space for listening, support and respect, where it's possible to reconnect with oneself, become aware of one's capacities and move forward on one's path to well-being with confidence and serenity.

Reimbursement

I'm an RME-certifiedkinesiologist (Registre des Médecines Complémentaires). Depending on your insurance, certain consultations may be reimbursed. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out about your reimbursement conditions.

Payment

Payments can be made in cash or by TWINT.
