Ms Lise Hugot 

My name is Lise Hugot, founder of the Résonance practice and a complementary kinesiology therapist.

If I had to sum up my career in one word, it would be..: Evolution.

For over 15 years, I worked as a human resources manager and job placement advisor. Two deeply human professions where listening, understanding and support are part of the daily routine. Many people come to me with professional problems... which in reality reveal more personal issues: confidence, expression, posture, emotions, relationship with oneself.

Over time, it became clear that to fully support a person, we need to go beyond the professional, to what touches on their history, how they function and their deepest resources.

This is how Résonance was born.

Today, I accompany people wishing to (re)find their voice, their confidence and their place in the world.

Because I deeply believe that everyone deserves :

• to fully express who they are with authenticity,
• to feel aligned,
• to assert themselves,
• to shine without fear of judgment.

And to dare to be themselves in their personal, professional and relational lives.

Kinesiology: a holistic, liberating approach

Kinesiology is a method of emotional liberation andinner harmonization.

From the Greek "kiné"(study of movement), it enables us to understand how the body expresses what the mind retains.

Through muscle testing, this practice enables us to :

• identify blockages,
• release emotional tensions,
• clarify situations,
• regain balance, confidence and serenity.

It takes a holistic approach to the physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of our being.
