__My background__
I began my professional career in personal development, in 2015, by training in __classical/sports massage__ with a foundation in Thai massage. For the first time in my 24 years of life, this apprenticeship enabled me to reconnect with my body, which until then had been a heap of inner emptiness and suffering.
I was able to reconnect with my feelings and my intuition, learning to trust myself little by little.
In the same year, I began my path towards energetics by doing my first level of __Reiki Usui__.
I loved combining the two techniques when massaging my clients. With the deeply rooted masculine side of massage and the complementary feminine side of Reiki, energies and feelings.
In 2016, I was lucky enough to spend a year working in a holistic therapeutic center in Vancouver, Canada, practicing on an English-speaking clientele.
In 2019, I joined a renowned massage center in Geneva, where I was trained in __lymphatic drainage__. Learning this technique taught me the importance of movement, both internal and external. And that strength isn't necessary to achieve results; alignment is the most important thing.
In 2020, I did my second level of Reiki Usui, because I wanted to go further in my feelings, to understand more, to have more tools to accompany.
From 2022 to 2025, I completed my __complementary therapist__ diploma __with a branch certificate in Kinesiology__. And with this training, I was finally able to go deeper in my accompaniment. Ever since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to understand the whys and wherefores, to find the triggers.
With the help of muscle testing, it's no longer my feelings that do the talking, it's the client's body.
As a result of my kinesiology training, I've come to realize that things never happen by chance, that everything is interconnected and that you can regain your personal power at any time, gently.
__What is kinesiology?__
Kinesiology is a complementary, gentle mind-body therapy that takes a holistic approach to the physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of the human being.
__It aims to release imbalances and reactivate the body's self-healing mechanisms.__
Muscle testing is the main tool for identifying stresses and blockages in the body. It helps to bring to consciousness what you need to move forward towards a goal.
__Who's it for?__
This technique is compatible with all ages, from the youngest to the oldest.
