My name is Florence Grange. After initially training as a pharmacy assistant, I became an early childhood educator, a profession I still practice today. For over twenty years, I’ve been supporting people through different stages of their lives, guided by the belief that everyone possesses valuable inner resources, even when going through difficult times. It was this conviction that led me to kinesiology. I was drawn to this approach because of its holistic view of the person and its ability to bring to light resources that are sometimes forgotten or hidden behind stress, emotions, life experiences, or periods of transition. Today, I work with adults who feel tired, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply out of sync with themselves. Together, we explore what’s holding you back so that you can regain a greater sense of balance, confidence, and authenticity. I particularly love those moments when a person gains a new perspective on their situation, regains confidence in their abilities, and once again lets that spark that makes them unique shine through.
