Derived from traditional Chinese medicine, this gentle yet powerful approach works on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels. When stress, pain or blockages arise, kinesiology helps us to understand what's hidden beneath the tip of the iceberg. Through muscle testing, it allows the body to express itself, revealing the deeper sources of discomfort and stress, identifying blockages and putting feelings into words. Various techniques can be used to release these tensions: acupressure points, meridian tracings, affirmations, specific movements, etc. Kinesiology is for anyone wishing to overcome obstacles, release inner strengths, get to know themselves better and rediscover harmony and balance in their lives. __Why consult us?__ The reasons for consultation are varied and concern anyone wishing to improve their physical, emotional or mental well-being. Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that helps you better listen to your body, so you can feel serene and at ease every day. __Further information__ From the age of 14, I welcome you on Mondays and Wednesdays, as well as Saturdays on request, with flexible hours according to your availability. __Session fee: 130 CHF__ Payment is made at the session, preferably in cash or by Twint. __Practice access__ Parking spaces are available in the inner courtyard of Maison St-Charles, as well as along the road.
