Derived from traditional Chinese medicine, this gentle yet powerful approach works on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels. When stress, pain or a blockage occurs, kinesiology helps us to understand what's hidden beneath the visible part of the iceberg. Through muscle testing, it allows the body to express itself, revealing the deeper sources of discomfort and stress, identifying blockages and putting feelings into words. Various techniques can be used to release these tensions: acupressure points, meridian tracings, affirmations, specific movements, etc. Kinesiology is for anyone wishing to overcome obstacles, release inner strengths, get to know themselves better and rediscover harmony and balance in their lives. __Why consult us?__ The reasons for consultation are varied and concern anyone wishing to improve their physical, emotional or mental well-being.
