## *Lydia Sierra - Neurotraining Kinesiologist, Pully | Transforming "What ifs" into "I dare!*
Ever since I was a little girl, I've been fascinated by the connections between people and the powers of the brain.
After training as a social educator and more than 10 years in various fields, I trained as a kinesiology therapist to help you __recreate a link__ with yourself, to enable you to realize your dreams and break out of your patterns, habits or preoccupation of the moment.
In this way, you'll be able to __transform__ your daily life by getting closer to who you want to be, and what drives you.
With the help of kinesiology, in particular neuromuscular verification, we'll find together personalized tools to help you improve :
- __Stress, anxiety and emotional management__
- __Burn-out recovery__
- __Concentration, memory and learning__
- __Chronic pain__
- __Sleep disorders__
- __Eating disorders__
- __Addictions__
by recreating the link between body, mind, emotions and energy.
Kinesiology has enabled me to learn various techniques (Chinese medicine, Brain gym), which I combine with human design, lithotherapy and essential oils. This technique is equally suited to children and adults.
Currently training as a __baby talk translator__, I also help parents understand what's going on with the very young, at an age when dialogue is still difficult.
