What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is based on the principle that balance between body, mind, and soul is essential to well-being.

This discipline combines ancient knowledge from Chinese medicine with modern physiological principles.

Kinesiology can help with the following issues:

Approach and techniques

Sessions are based primarily on neuromuscular testing, a technique using light pressure on a muscle to communicate with the subconscious through muscle tone.

This process helps bring to light information that, once made conscious, can provide new perspectives and open the way to behaviors more aligned with oneself.

This discipline highlights the connections between muscles, meridians, organs, emotions, and nutrition.

Fees

• First session: CHF 160 (75 min)
• Follow-up sessions: CHF 140 (60 min)
• Children’s session (up to 16 years): CHF 120 (50 min)

My consultations are open to adults, teenagers, children, infants, and unborn babies.

Payment method: Cash or Twint after the session.

Please note that any session not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged.
