Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a complementary holistic method that takes into account the physical, mental, emotional and energetic dimensions of the person.

Gentle neuromuscular testing is used to identify stresses in your system. Using a wide range of tools, we work together to gently and individually re-harmonize imbalances. We allow energy to flow again, so that the body, mind and emotions regain their capacity for self-regulation.

Kinesiology invites you to reconnect with yourself, your body, your emotions, your feelings, your functioning, your resources and your potential. I work in a caring and attentive way. My aim is to help you regain your autonomy and well-being.

Who is it for?

My coaching is aimed at people of all ages who suffer from, among other things :

• physical pain (recent or chronic)
• various physical disorders (digestive, hormonal, articular, postural, etc.)
• emotional disorders, anxiety, stress, sleep disorders
• cholera, inconsolable infant crying, night terrors
• learning and concentration difficulties, difficulties at school, etc.
• difficulties linked to a situation (school, family, work, relationships, etc.)
• malaise, a search for meaning, the need to find oneself again
• the need to take stock, to take a step back from oneself

• Session duration: 60 minutes (90 minutes for the 1st consultation)
