I've kept what suits me for the moment and let go of what no longer suits me. Time brings changes that each of us may or may not undergo. Today, I can rely on my little virtual rucksack where my tools, protocols and techniques in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Metamorphosis and EFT can be found. ## To those of you who have chosen to live in harmony, I'm delighted that our paths have crossed and that I can accompany you on your journey towards fulfilment and well-being. ## Kinesiology - EFT EFT is a liberating technique that treats the emotional, physical or psychological disturbances caused by various important events that sometimes seem insignificant. These disturbances, of varying degrees of intensity, whether conscious or unconscious, trigger erroneous programming in the energy system, linked to the shock experienced at a particular time. Gary Craig's technique frees blockages by ‘tapping’ on different meridian points in order to remove the disturbance (emotional peak, physical pain) and restore the correct information. ## Metamorphic massage This method works gently on the memory of the cells, freeing up energy knots from blockages in certain moments in our lives. These knots, or energy blockages, are gradually loosened, releasing the energy and making way for transformation, while providing relaxation and well-being. It helps to dissolve blockages, whether conscious or not, that prevent us from moving forward in life (feet), from doing and taking life in hand (arms) and from communicating and taking new initiatives for ourselves (head). Metamorphosis is a personal development technique that evolves at the individual's own pace.
