Kinesiology supports:

Kinesiology is a return to the body and what it would like to tell you; etymologically, it means “the science of movement.” It is a complementary therapy method that aims for the person’s overall well-being. It takes into account the physical, biochemical, emotional, psychological, and energetic dimensions, as well as their interactions.
Its main feature is __muscle testing__, which establishes a direct dialogue with the body. This tool helps access conscious and unconscious memories, identify the stressors underlying certain blockages, and determine the necessary adjustments to promote release and well-being.
Depending on the individual’s needs, a session may include various approaches:
- gentle physical manipulations
- energy balancing
- biochemical recalibrations
- emotional/psychological release techniques
Kinesiology is a rich and comprehensive method that often leads to profound insights, physical and emotional release, greater self-awareness, and a reconnection with one’s body—our greatest ally.
Sessions are available __for adults, teenagers, children, and even infants__, with an approach tailored to each age group.
For very young children, the session takes place in the presence of a parent or caregiver: the work is conducted __with the person accompanying the child__, in order to fully respect the child’s pace and sensitivity.
